what have we learned?

The first one hundred days are just about over, and President Obama has taken plenty of steps to right the ship we all know and love, the United States of America. But what if anything has this first one hundred days revealed about the party that is now OUT of power?

Republicans like torture. No, they LOVE torture. They loved it so much, it was their favorite tool to elicit false information to fabricate a nonexistent link between al-Qaeda and Saddam to justify invading Iraq. Well, if you’re going to break international law, you might as well get your money’s worth…

Republicans are opposed to to helping the poor, downtrodden, and the sick. They have an aversion to stimulus money even if that money is there to help them out of the mess they got themselves into.

Republicans don’t like handshakes. They don’t like Presidents who go around the world being polite to other world leaders.

Republicans want America to fail. From Rush Limbaugh to Eric Kantor to Bobby Jindal to Sean Hannity to Newt Gingrich to Karl Rove to Bill O’Reilly to Dick Cheney… You know, about the only republican who hasn’t been slamming every single move the President has made is George W. Bush.

When W. is the smartest man in the GOP, you know they’re in serious trouble…
